DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

NEW ZEALAND shipping is via NZ Post tracked courier at a flat rate of $10 per order.

AUSTRALIA is via NZ Post tracked courier air freight at a flat rate of $20 per order.

REST OF THE WORLD is via NZ Post tracked courier air freight at a flat rate of $30 per order.

A tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For any questions or problems regarding a product or order, please feel free to contact us via email - info@trophylures.co.nz

We stand behind the quality of our lures. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please return it to us. Please note any returns must be received within 14 days of purchase and all returns must include original packaging, tags and be in a saleable condition.

Please note Trophy Lures does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning them to us and hence why we recommend a traceable method.
We will raise a credit or exchange your item once the product has been returned and accepted.

Cash Refunds will only be available if the item purchased is faulty and we can not replace it.

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
